The Replay
You know the loop. The conversation that ended hours ago but hasn't actually ended, not in your head. The reply you drafted, deleted, and drafted again. The thing you said, replayed on a loop, in case there was a better version of you hiding in there somewhere.
Most of what looks like overthinking is unfinished feeling. Your mind keeps running the tape because your body was never given the chance to actually feel the thing the first time. You won't think your way out of a loop like that. You have to feel your way through it, and then the thinking quiets down on its own.
What this workshop is
The Replay is a two hour live workshop with psychologist Vidhi Naik on why we rehearse conversations that are already over, and what actually helps. It runs once, live, online, on 23 August. It is not recorded.
This session is live only. Nothing is recorded, which also means nothing you type in the chat is kept.

Seats are limited — this runs live, once.
