Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sessions are booked and paid for at the time of scheduling. We understand that schedules change, so here is how cancellations and refunds work.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • 24 hours' notice or more:
    Full refund of your session fee, or a free reschedule to another slot.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice:
    The session fee is non-refundable.
  • No prior notice (No-show):
    The session fee is non-refundable.

Each session is time reserved specifically for you. This policy lets us be fair to our therapists' time and to other clients booking slots.
