you know this one

A small comment about your choices. And you are fifteen again, wondering how you got back here.

or maybe it was never a fight.

Just the approval that never quite came. Loved, and somehow still not seen.

You have turned it over alone for years and it has not moved. You will not think your way out of this one.

Is this room yours?

Three questions. Honest answers. No email, no catch. We would rather you know now than find out at 11 on a Saturday.

Is this room yours?

the two hours

What actually happens in the room.

1

You cast her as a character

A show, a genre, a motive. You look at her from the outside, where the honest thing feels safe to say.

2

You map the weather you grew up in

If she was the climate, what grew in it. And what in your life still runs on that old forecast.

3

You catch where she still shows up

In bosses, partners, friends. The places you cast her without meaning to, and what that was trying to get you.

two hours. you keep the map.

your hosts

Who is holding the room.

Two practising psychologists. People who sit with this every week, not once for a workshop.

honest answers

Is this therapy? +
No. It is a two hour workshop. If it opens something that needs more room, we can talk about what comes next.
Will I have to share out loud? +
Only if you want to. You can keep your camera off, your mic muted, and do all of it quietly and still leave with everything.
My mother has passed, or we are not in touch. +
You belong here. Active, distant, or ended, the work is the same.
Do I need to prepare anything? +
No. Come as you are. Bring a pen if you think better on paper.
if the title did something to you,
that is reason enough.

The room is open.
