On the ninth viewing of the thing you said at lunch? This free two minute tool replays it once, asks what the evidence actually is, and ends the rerun. Nothing stored.

You've watched this enough times to know what's in it.

The thing you said in the meeting. The face she made at lunch, or didn't. You're on the ninth viewing, and the edit isn't improving because the missing scene isn't in your head. It's in her.

Let it go.Ask what the evidence is.

Step 1 of 52 min

The line. Yours or theirs.

The exact words, as close as you can. Not the summary.

Step 2 of 5once

The replay. Once, plainly, no music.

That's the whole clip. Now the two questions the rerun never asks.

Step 3 of 5

What did you want them to hear?

What do you think they heard?

Step 4 of 5

You think they heard:

What's the evidence for that?

Step 5 of 5

The line you wish you'd said.

Write it. You'll get ten seconds with it, then you decide what happens to it.

The line you wish you'd said. 10

Keep it, or let it go. Either one ends the rerun.

Rerun over.

Most nights, most conversations: then it isn't about the conversations. It's a loop, and a psychologist can show you its shape in one session. The first 15 minutes are free.

If tonight is bad: Tele-MANAS 14416, free, all night. Or book a free intro call.
