One Honest Picture of How Your Team Is Doing

The Snapshot is a short, anonymous survey every employee is invited to take, built from validated wellbeing instruments, returning one aggregate report and a walkthrough call. No names, no result shown for a group under eight people. A smaller commitment than a retainer, and a real number before you decide anything bigger.

What it measures

These are screening instruments, built to spot patterns across a team — not to diagnose any individual. Nothing here is a clinical assessment of one person.

The optional identified tier

An employee can choose to attach their name to a longer section and get an individual report back, with a route to book a session. This is opt-in, per person, off by default. Nobody at the company ever sees who opted in, or what they answered.

Mandatory to open, optional to answer

Every employee is invited. Nobody is required to complete it. A forced survey measures compliance, not wellbeing — this one is built so opening it costs nothing and skipping it costs nothing either.

What we deliberately do not do. We don't rank teams against each other. We don't identify individuals. We don't sell the data on. We don't claim the survey proves anything about cause — it shows a picture, not a verdict.

Questions HR heads actually ask

Is it really anonymous?

Yes, by default. The identified tier is opt-in, per employee, and never visible to the company.

What happens if someone scores concerningly?

If they've opted into the identified tier, they get an individual report and a route to book. If not, nothing happens to them individually — the survey stays anonymous, as promised.

Can we run it again next year?

Yes, and a second wave is where a Snapshot gets genuinely useful — you can see what moved.

How is this different from our engagement survey?

An engagement survey measures how people feel about the company. This measures how people are actually doing, using validated clinical instruments, not satisfaction questions.

What does it cost?

There's no published rate — it's sized to your team and confirmed on the call.
