Therapy for Your Employees, the Way It Actually Works
You have watched people leave and called it attrition. You have watched the good ones get quiet before they went. HR ran the engagement survey, the score dipped in one team, and everybody nodded and moved on. Here is the part the survey does not capture: some of those people were drowning, and the support you were paying for felt, to them, like a form. A stranger's name on a roster. A number that might, they suspected, come back to their appraisal. So they said nothing, and then they said goodbye.

What's included in employee counselling
- A bank of hoursYour company buys a set number of therapy hours, shared across staff. No per employee cap. Heavy weeks get the hours they need.
- Therapist choiceEmployees pick their own psychologist and keep them. No assigned strangers.
- WhereIn person at Lower Parel, Mumbai, or online. A psychologist is in the Lower Parel office every day except Sunday; on Sunday, sessions are online.
- LanguagesEnglish, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati, depending on the therapist.
- BookingSeven days a week, 9 am to 8 pm IST, directly with us. Never through HR.If your company works with us, your company's own Thought Co. page has your booking button. No route through HR.
- Leaving mid therapyA defined continuity path so care does not stop at the exit date.
The number
What your employer can and cannot see
Comes through the window
- How much of the programme is being used
- Broad themes, once enough people have used it
- Recommendations
Never comes through
- Who booked
- What was said
- A single name
- Any cut below eight people
Your employer receives a snapshot: how much of the programme is being used, broad themes once enough people have used it, and recommendations. Your employer never sees who booked, what was said, or a single name. Aggregate only, and never below eight people in any cut. This is an architecture, and the full version of it is on the reporting page. Your data rights under the DPDP Act 2023 sit underneath all of it.
Questions employees and HR actually ask
How do employees book?
Directly and confidentially, without going through HR or a manager. The booking never passes through the employer.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes, and keep them. Continuity with one person is the point, not a rotating roster.
What if I leave the company mid-therapy?
Care does not stop at your exit date. There is a defined continuity path, so a change of job is not a change of therapist.
Is it confidential from my manager?
Yes. Your manager, and your company, never see who booked or what was said. Only aggregate usage, never below eight people.
What languages are available?
English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati, depending on the therapist.
