By using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

The Thought Co., a psychologist-led practice at Mahalaxmi Industrial Estate, Danik Shivneri Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013.

2. What we provide

Psychological therapy and related services. We do not prescribe medication or provide medical or psychiatric treatment, and our services are not a substitute for either. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services or your nearest hospital.

3. We are not an emergency service

We do not monitor email, WhatsApp or this website outside working hours. If you are in immediate danger, do not wait for us.

4. Who we see

Our services are for adults. We do not see clients under 18.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are listed on our site and may change. Sessions are booked and paid in advance through Razorpay, which accepts credit cards, debit cards, UPI and net banking.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Set out in full on our Cancellation and Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Confidentiality and your data

Governed by our Confidentiality page, our When We Act On Risk page, and our Privacy Policy.

8. Conduct

We expect clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. We may end services where behaviour is abusive or threatening. You agree to give us accurate information about yourself and your circumstances.

9. Ending the relationship

You can stop at any time. We may end services where we cannot provide effective support, where another service would serve you better, or where clause 8 is breached. Where we end it, we will say why and help you find alternative care.

10. Our content

Text, images and logos on this site belong to The Thought Co. Please do not reproduce them without written permission.

11. Outcomes

Therapy is not a guaranteed outcome and we do not promise one. This site and its free tools are provided as they are, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes here, dated.
