Cancellation and Refund Policy
All sessions are booked and paid for at the time of scheduling. Schedules change, and here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work so there is nothing to guess at.
The notice you give us decides the outcome
- 48 hours or more before your session: full refund of your fee, or a free reschedule to another slot. Your choice.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% of the session fee is refundable.
- Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: the session fee is not refundable.
How to cancel or reschedule
Send a text or WhatsApp message to our office number, +91 73045 04820. That is the fastest route and it reaches us seven days a week, 9am to 8pm.

Why the policy exists
Each session is time reserved specifically for you. When a session is cancelled late, that hour usually cannot be offered to anyone else. The notice periods above let us be fair to our psychologists and to the people waiting for a slot.
