Fourteen years of sessions taught me something I didn't expect to learn: close to half of what a client brings into the room, in my clinical experience, traces back to their workplace. Not as background noise — as the actual material. I haven't stopped seeing individual clients. I've built the other half: a way to address what's happening in the office before it becomes a session, and to route people to care responsibly when it doesn't. The personal and the professional were never separate for the people I sit with. Now the access isn't either.
The practice, right now
887 is this year's client count, not fourteen years of the practice — we've seen more than that across the full history. This year's cohort is what we measure outcomes against. Measured, not marketed.
Where the practice has gone

-

What I actually do on a corporate engagement
- The discovery call.Every corporate conversation starts with me, not a salesperson. Book one.
- Programme design. What a company actually needs — a bank of hours, a workshop, First Aid for Managers, or some mix — gets decided with me directly, not assigned from a template.
- First Aid for Managers.I lead the cohort sessions myself. See notice, care, refer.
