About

Zena is a mental health professional with a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a refreshingly introspective, often comically serious approach to inner growth. Drawing inspiration from thinkers like Carl Jung, Carl Rogers, and John Bowlby, she integrates a humanistic orientation with insights from depth psychology to support clients' emotional development and self-exploration.

Much of Zena’s therapeutic sensitivity stems from formative work in palliative care, supporting terminally ill patients and their families — work that shaped her understanding of grief, meaning-making, and emotional presence.

In each session, Zena brings curiosity, openness, and an intention to co-create something meaningful with her clients. She views the therapeutic alliance as transformative for both client and psychologist — a shared space for growth, reflection, and subtle change.

True to her nature, Zena continues to explore the therapeutic journey in her own comically melancholic, comically serious way — with sincerity, depth, and humor.
