About Tanushka
Tanushka is a psychologist who works best with people who look fine on the outside and are carrying more than they show.
Anxiety. Burnout. The loneliness that doesn't lift even in a full room. The relationship you keep questioning. The body-image and self-esteem stuff you've stopped saying out loud. She knows this terrain.
She's practical in the room. She'll stay in the hard thing with you instead of rushing you past it, and she'll send you home with something you can actually use on a Tuesday. She's queer and trans-affirmative, so you don't start by explaining or defending who you are. You start with the work.
Off the clock, she's the one with a true-crime podcast in her ears and a documentary lined up. She's happiest near the sea, and in conversations that skip the small talk. It's the same thing that pulls her, on duty and off: how a person ends up who they are, and the stories they tell to make sense of it.

How the work goes
The practical bits
Before you book
How do I know if we are a fit?
You start with a free 15 minute call. If someone else on the team fits you better, we will say so.
Online or in person?
Both. Online anywhere, or in person at our Mumbai studio in Lower Parel.
How does payment work?
Payment is collected at the time of booking, through Razorpay.
Is it confidential?
What you say stays between you and your therapist. The only exception is a real risk to life, and we will tell you before we do anything.

straight answers. no fine print.
A short guide to help you begin with clarity and ease. Tap a question to reveal more.
How do I book a session?
To start your journey, choose a therapist you connect with. Decide between in-person or online sessions, and pick a time that suits both of us.
How long does therapy take to work?
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some people feel a shift after a few sessions, others take longer depending on their goals. Consistency is key — you and your therapist set the pace together.
How do I choose a therapist?
Start by identifying your needs and preferences. Explore profiles, read about specialties, and book an intro call to gauge rapport. Look for empathy, openness, and experience in the areas you want to explore.
How do I pay for a session?
You can pay at the time of booking, or we’ll send you a Razorpay link after your session.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. With a heads-up, we only bill 50%, and if it’s 24 hours prior, no fee is applied. If you do not attend your session, a full fee is levied.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Therapists follow ethical and legal standards to protect your privacy, ensuring a safe space for open conversation and growth.
Do I need to prepare for my first session?
No pressure — come as you are. It can help to think about what’s on your mind or what you’d like support with, and your therapist will guide you at a comfortable pace.
Need help choosing? Tell us your goals and schedule — we’ll match you with the right therapist.
