I was body shamed as a kid, and then I was diagnosed with PCOS as a teenager. So since childhood, I didn’t just have to deal with my family members, teachers and friends taunting me to lose weight, but also doctors and other medical professionals. I tried all kinds of fad diets to fit into society (and not to forget, skinny jeans). What does the term “junk food'' mean to you?  In 2017, an article by Milani et al., said that “the more the term ‘junk food’ is used, the more confusing its actual meaning becomes…neither political nor public health organisations have given a common definition of junk food.” Every other person has different definitions of junk food.
