Calm & Ground is our therapist-designed essential oil roller duo for moments when your body is buzzing and your mind won’t slow down. Blended with soothing botanicals (think lavender, bergamot, geranium, lemon, patchouli) in a gentle sweet-almond base, these rollers offer quick, sensory grounding—at your desk, before bed, in a cab, or between meetings. A few swipes on pulse points, one steady breath, and you’ve created a tiny ritual that tells your nervous system, “You’re safe.” Unlike disposable “quick fixes,” Calm & Ground is a portable practice: evidence-informed aromatherapy, paced breathing, and micro-pauses that help you regulate in real life. It’s calm you can actually carry.

What people say

Loved by thoughtful humans

I reach for Calm before team reviews; it helps me unclench my jaw and slow my breath. Not a perfume—more like a cue for presence.

5/5

Ground is my go-to on the metro. The scent is elegant and doesn’t scream “wellness.” Three breaths and I’m back in my body

5/5

I’ve tried sleep hacks forever. Calm + the 4-2-6 breath made winding down repeatable, not aspirational.

5/5

As a manager, I teach my team micro-breaks. This gives them something tangible—smell, breath, repeat.

5/5

Two minutes, two passes on my wrist, one deep exhale. It doesn’t erase stress—but it interrupts the spiral.

5/5
Because great things rarely travel alone.

Behind the design

Why we build tools for feelings (not just vibes).

Breathing is natural—until anxiety makes it feel like a performance. We needed a pacing cue that wasn’t another to-do. That’s how Calm & Ground began: a simple, sensory anchor to guide breath without overthinking it. We experimented with blends that are gentle on the senses and kind to skin, then paired them with clear breathing prompts and use-cases from real therapy rooms—before a tough call, after a triggering conversation, in the ride between meetings. Over dozens of iterations, the goal stayed the same: make calm doable. This duo doesn’t claim to cure anxiety. It gives you a repeatable ritual your body can learn and trust. Practice it in low-stakes moments, so it’s there when you need it most.
