Two rollers (6 ml each): Calm blend: Lavender, Bergamot, Geranium, Ylang-ylang, Sweet Almond Oil Ground blend: Lavender, Lemon, Geranium, Patchouli, Sweet Almond Oil Note: Perform a patch test. Discontinue if irritation occurs. External use only. Keep away from children and eyes.
2How to use
In the moment: Roll onto pulse points—wrists, temples, sides of neck. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 2, exhale for 6. Repeat 3 times. Name one thing you see, hear, and feel to close the loop. Build a ritual: Use before sleep, during commutes, between calls, or ahead of challenging conversations. Leave ~4 hours between applications. Alternate blends based on what you need: soften (Calm) vs. steady (Ground).

That’s how Calm & Ground began: a simple, sensory anchor to guide breath without overthinking it. We experimented with blends that are gentle on the senses and kind to skin, then paired them with clear breathing prompts and use-cases from real therapy rooms—before a tough call, after a triggering conversation, in the ride between meetings. Over dozens of iterations, the goal stayed the same: make calm doable. This duo doesn’t claim to cure anxiety. It gives you a repeatable ritual your body can learn and trust. Practice it in low-stakes moments, so it’s there when you need it most.
