I didn’t know I needed structure until I started writing here. Every page feels like a conversation I’ve been avoiding but needed to have.

Behind the design

Why we build tools for feelings (not just vibes).

The Adulting Journal was our second-ever journal — born from long conversations with millennials finding their footing in a fast, uncertain world. I’ve grown alongside so many of my clients and this journal is putting all our learnings together — as a psychologist and as a co-traveller in the messy, beautiful work of becoming an adult. Every prompt comes from real stories, real struggles, and the quiet triumphs of showing up again. This isn’t a guidebook to perfection — it’s an invitation to begin where you are.
