Before you start therapy
A short guide to help you begin with clarity and ease. Tap a question to reveal more.
How do I book a session?
To start your journey, choose a therapist you connect with. Decide between in-person or online sessions, and pick a time that suits both of us.
How long does therapy take to work?
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some people feel a shift after a few sessions, others take longer depending on their goals. Consistency is key — you and your therapist set the pace together.
How do I choose a therapist?
Start by identifying your needs and preferences. Explore profiles, read about specialties, and book an intro call to gauge rapport. Look for empathy, openness, and experience in the areas you want to explore.
How do I pay for a session?
You can pay at the time of booking, or we’ll send you a Razorpay link after your session.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. With a heads-up, we only bill 50%, and if it’s 24 hours prior, no fee is applied. If you do not attend your session, a full fee is levied.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Therapists follow ethical and legal standards to protect your privacy, ensuring a safe space for open conversation and growth.
Do I need to prepare for my first session?
No pressure — come as you are. It can help to think about what’s on your mind or what you’d like support with, and your therapist will guide you at a comfortable pace.
