Not everything you are carrying has words yet. Malvika does not make you find them before you start. She trained in arts-based and animal-assisted therapy alongside clinical psychology, which is a longer way of saying she has more than one door into a feeling. Sometimes the way in is talking. Sometimes it is a drawing, an object, something you make with your hands while the real sentence slips out sideways.

She has sat with a wide range of people. Children, teenagers, adults, and people in their eighties and nineties. Anxiety and low mood, and also special needs and developmental disabilities, where someone has often been told for years that certain rooms were not built for them. She has worked in schools, in organisations, and with an animal-assisted foundation, so she is comfortable well beyond talk alone.

She is a real person in the room, not a blank wall. She will make a joke when a joke is what the moment needs, and she has little patience for the kind of therapy that performs seriousness at you. Where she holds firm is the work itself. Person-centred, with CBT and REBT underneath and creative methods on top, paced to you and not to a manual.

She also builds and runs the employee assisted program, so a good part of her attention is on reaching people before things get heavy, not only after.

Here’s what you should know

Before you start therapy

straight answers. no fine print.

A short guide to help you begin with clarity and ease. Tap a question to reveal more.

How do I book a session?

To start your journey, choose a therapist you connect with. Decide between in-person or online sessions, and pick a time that suits both of us.

How long does therapy take to work?

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some people feel a shift after a few sessions, others take longer depending on their goals. Consistency is key — you and your therapist set the pace together.

How do I choose a therapist?

Start by identifying your needs and preferences. Explore profiles, read about specialties, and book an intro call to gauge rapport. Look for empathy, openness, and experience in the areas you want to explore.

How do I pay for a session?

You can pay at the time of booking, or we’ll send you a Razorpay link after your session.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. With a heads-up, we only bill 50%, and if it’s 24 hours prior, no fee is applied. If you do not attend your session, a full fee is levied.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Therapists follow ethical and legal standards to protect your privacy, ensuring a safe space for open conversation and growth.

Do I need to prepare for my first session?

No pressure — come as you are. It can help to think about what’s on your mind or what you’d like support with, and your therapist will guide you at a comfortable pace.

Need help choosing? Tell us your goals and schedule — we’ll match you with the right therapist.
