A workshop · with Zena
You meant
to say no.
Sun 14 June·10:30am·online·₹800
Hold my seatYou've read every post on boundaries. You still said yes.
Knowing the word “no” was never the problem.
You say yes.
Before your brain turns up. And after, you're annoyed all evening. At yourself.
The yes is protecting something.
It kept you safe once, in a house where no had a price.
So we follow it back.
Not to kill the yes. To the moment it first kept you safe.
Two hours. One room.
No scripts, no homework.
What actually happens
A carousel hands you a rule and hopes. This doesn't. For two hours you follow one yes back to where it started, in a room of people doing the same. You leave with one thing to try, not ten you'll forget by Tuesday.
Zena Yarde
Senior Psychologist · The Thought Co.
Trained in humanistic and depth psychology, with years spent in palliative care. She has sat with people through the worst days of their lives, so your yes, however tangled, is not going to scare her off. She's curious with you, not at you.
Do I have to talk?
No. You can get a lot from the room saying very little.
Is this therapy?
No. Zena facilitates a group, she isn't treating anyone.
Is it recorded?
No. That's the point. The room stays honest.
Not for you if you want a script, or to walk out cured. This one is slower than that.
Sunday, 14 June.
If the yes you didn't mean sounds like you, come.
