Meet Anagha! (she/her)
Anagha, expertise lies in trauma and abuse, where she strives to understand and assist individuals in need. Her training as a primary respondent of abuse equipped her with skills needed to provide empathetic support, addressing panic attacks, suicidal ideations, and emotional well-being with care. She is a queer and trauma informed therapist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. Her preferred approach is Person Centered and draws upon different techniques that include cognitive-behaviour and narrative.
She has a strong dedication to learning and volunteering since 2018 evidenced by her extensive and comprehensive knowledge in Psycho-Social-Legal Aid.
Anagha also conducts engaging workshops on sensitive topics, fostering a safe environment for students while promoting inclusivity, empathy, and awareness. Her thorough research helps in creating impactful mental health content, raising awareness and understanding on the organization's Instagram. In her free time, she loves watching sitcoms, painting, and trying out different types of coffee!
