2023

The concept that mental health is a universal right is a perspective that has gained recognition and support in recent years. It emphasizes that every individual, regardless of their background, should have the right to mental health and well-being. This perspective is rooted in the broader understanding of human rights, which include the right to life, liberty, and security of person, as well as the right to health.

Like every year we have organised awareness programs across the weekends of Octobers to further advocate for the importance of mental health awareness and care
