Years of misrepresentation, misunderstanding and misappropriation has, needless to say, lead to myths about mental health, (self) misdiagnosis and careless use of terms.
In our Edu Sessions, we break all of the Mis’s and break down mental health terms, experiences and diagnosis commonly seen. The session is always facilitated by a trained psychologist backed by a wealth of knowledge, research and experience. We sift through inaccurate information on google, demystify our diagnostic manuals and bring about our personal experience as we help our participants understand mental health terms, the way it presents itself in our life and the treatment options.
